Job Summary

Required qualifications to be successful in this role

We are seeking a skilled UiPath Developer with 4–8 years of experience in Robotic Process Automation (RPA) to design, develop, and implement automation solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in UiPath and a solid understanding of automation best practices. Familiarity with .NET and Python will be an added advantage for building scalable and efficient automation solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy automation workflows using UiPath.
• Analyse business processes to identify automation opportunities and propose optimal RPA solutions.
• Develop reusable automation components and maintain automation libraries.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, analysts, and technical teams to gather and translate requirements into automation solutions.
• Ensure proper documentation, version control, and adherence to RPA development standards.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing automation processes.
• Support deployment, monitoring, and maintenance of bots in production environments.
• Ensure compliance with security, governance, and coding standards.
  
  

Must-Have Skills:

• Strong hands-on experience with UiPath RPA development.
• Experience in designing end-to-end automation workflows.
• Good understanding of RPA lifecycle, best practices, and governance.
• Experience working with Orchestrator, queues, triggers, and bot deployment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and collaboration abilities.
  
  

Good to Have Skills

• Knowledge of .NET (C# / VB.NET).
• Familiarity with Python for automation or data processing tasks.
  
  

Experience integrating RPA with APIs, databases, or enterprise applications.
