Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced RPA Business Analyst (Freelancer) to support our digital transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working in RPA environments, collaborating closely with technical and business teams to identify, analyze, and document automation opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

Work with business stakeholders to understand existing processes and identify RPA opportunities.

Conduct feasibility studies and impact assessments for process automation.

Gather and document detailed business and functional requirements for automation solutions.

Create Process Design Documents (PDD) and support the development team in creating Solution Design Documents (SDD).

Act as a liaison between business teams and RPA developers to ensure alignment and clarity.

Conduct UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and support deployment activities.

Provide insights and continuous improvement recommendations on process automation.

Job Type: Freelance
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹140,000.00 per month
