RPA Lead / Manager

Overview

 We invite highly motivated, dynamic professionals at the Lead/Senior Associate with relevant experience to join our fast-growing IT Consulting practice as a Lead RPA Developer.

• Execute RPA initiatives by analyzing and designing process workflows; planning, designing, building, testing, and implementing RPA solutions; and ensuring system quality.
• Construct Business Cases and identify opportunities to further the adoption of RPA solutions.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to define project scope and translate them into technical specifications.
• Monitor kpis and ROI of automation initiatives
• Perform peer review, and provide relevant feedback on coding, testing, documentation.

About You:

• Experience of 10-12 Years in RPA tools essentially UI Path and Power Automate, preferably experience in BFSI domain.
• Good knowledge in SQL and No SQL databases. Must have Orchestrator understanding - Assets, Configuration
• Should have good understanding of API calls, Power Automate Desktop as well as Cloud.
• Should be able to understand the AI Builder, Standard and Premium Connectors and be able to use them wherever necessary
• Knowledge of Shell Scripts, Python, and powershell is an added advantage. Good technical, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Minimum 2 years of experience in leading highly professional teams
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize under pressure
• Good written and oral communication skills
• Should be conversant with MS office
