Are you an experienced Business Analyst with a knack for decoding legacy RPG systems and aligning them with modern platforms? What You’ll Do:

• Analyze legacy business processes across motor and property insurance platforms (car, van, home)
• Collaborate with RPG developers, API engineers, and UI teams to define system requirements
• Translate business needs into structured user stories, process flows, and functional specs
• Lead requirement workshops, document analysis, and stakeholder interviews
• Act as the bridge between business teams and technical engineers, ensuring seamless communication
• Participate actively in Agile ceremonies: sprint planning, grooming, retrospectives
• Support modernization efforts combining IBM iSeries RPG LE systems with Java-based APIs
• Help QA teams validate functionality through test plans, cases, and UAT sessions

What You Bring:

• 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in enterprise IT projects
• Minimum 3 years working with IBM iSeries / AS/400 platforms and RPG IV / RPG LE systems
• Strong background in insurance processes, especially in personal lines (auto, home, van)
• Experience working with legacy RPG teams and Java-based application layers
• Clear communicator with strong documentation skills: Visio, Confluence, Jira

Nice to Have:

• Exposure to digital transformation programs involving legacy modernization
• Understanding of REST/SOAP APIs, and backend/frontend communication
• Familiarity with Agile and hybrid delivery environments
• Knowledge of the end-to-end insurance policy lifecycle (quotes to claims)
