We are dedicated to enhancing our analytics pipeline, refining underlying data models, integrating new data sources, and developing intuitive self-service solutions. Reports to: Business Intelligence Manager
Location: Remote- Brazil/Latin America//Europe
What You'll Do:
- Proactively analyze Sales and Marketing data to uncover trends, generate insights, and recommend opportunities.
- Partner closely with Sales and Marketing teams to deliver data that shapes strategy, outreach, and overall decision making.
- Build clear, engaging dashboards and visuals for key stakeholders.
- Contribute to the company’s data models, adhering to best data governance practices.
What you bring:
- 4 years experience in Sales and Marketing analytics, including familiarity with common KPIs, funnels, attribution, and campaign metrics.
- High proficiency with at least one modern BI visualization tool (Tableau strongly preferred).
- Strong SQL skills (organization, performance, and accuracy) and experience with querying large datasets.
- Ability to design dashboards that are both visually compelling and easy to interpret.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience with CRM systems: Salesforce or Hubspot
- Experience with ERP and Financial systems: NetSuite, Xero, Quickbooks or equivalent
