Overview
- 5-8 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce Application Development (CRM, Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud).
- Must have experience in creating Workflow rules, Process builder processes and visual cloud flows in Salesforce.
- Must have Integration experience in developing custom API's, with standard API's and in creating web services.
- Must have Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Marketing Cloud experience (AURA/LWC Project experience).
- Experience in the complete SDLC including solution definition, estimating and project planning.
- Experience in deployment through change set, Metadata, ANT-based tools, experience in using git, VS Code for code management.
- Set up and configure data models.
- Ability to understand business requirements, design and develop solutions within the agreed timeline.
- Perform configuration and customization on Salesforce platform, develop dashboards, interfaces, and database functions with VisualForce and Apex coding language.
- Experience and knowledge in Salesforce Marketing Cloud's various modules such as Email Studio, Journey Builder, Mobile Studio, Advertising Studio, and Social Studio.
- Understand and utilize Salesforce strategies, technical standards, specifications and policies that are supported within the Salesforce ecosystem.
- Experience in Salesforce Lightning UI, Apex, and performance optimization.
- Mentor junior and mid-level developers of the team and designate tasks to team members.
- Good to have certifications like Salesforce Platform Developer, Salesforce Application Builder/Admin.
