Required Skills
- 46 years of hands-on Salesforce experience.
- Minimum 1 year of experience with Salesforce Automotive Cloud.
- Strong understanding of automotive industry business processes and data models.
- Experience with Salesforce Lightning, Apex, LWC, SOQL, and Flow Builder.
- Proven experience in Salesforce Sales/Service Cloud.
- Knowledge of data integration using MuleSoft, REST/SOAP APIs, or similar middleware.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Data Cloud and Customer 360 Audiences is a plus.
- Experience with DevOps tools like Gearset, Copado, or Bitbucket Pipelines is advantageous.
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of solutions using Salesforce Automotive Cloud.
- Customize and extend standard Salesforce objects and flows to match automotive business processes such as lead management, service lifecycle, connected vehicle experiences, and warranty management.
- Develop custom components using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and Flow Builder.
- Configure Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud to align with business needs.
- Create and manage complex automation using declarative and programmatic approaches.
- Apply deep understanding of automotive industry data models, including dealer management, vehicle lifecycle, service history, and customer engagement.
- Translate business needs into functional requirements, process flows, and solution architecture.
- Integrate Salesforce with external systems using MuleSoft, REST/SOAP APIs, or other middleware platforms.
- Work with Salesforce Data Cloud, Customer 360 Audiences, and data models for unified customer profiles (preferred but not required).
- Utilize DevOps tools such as Gearset, Copado, or Bitbucket Pipelines for source control, CI/CD, and release automation.
- Ensure best practices in code quality, versioning, and environment management.
- Create and execute test plans for unit, system, and user acceptance testing.
- Maintain detailed technical documentation and user guides.
- Work collaboratively with business stakeholders, architects, analysts, and QA teams.
- Participate in agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives).
- 46 years of overall Salesforce experience.
- Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience with Salesforce Automotive Cloud.
- Proven experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
- Proficient in Salesforce Lightning, Apex, LWC, SOQL, and Flow Builder.
- Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems via MuleSoft, REST/SOAP APIs, or similar.
- Hands-on knowledge of Salesforce Data Cloud and Customer 360 Audiences is a plus.
- Familiarity with Gearset, Copado, Bitbucket Pipelines, or similar DevOps tools.
- Strong grasp of automotive industry processes and standards (OEMs, dealerships, service centers, customer engagement, etc.).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in agile teams.
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Salesforce Platform Developer and/or Salesforce Automotive Cloud certification is highly desirable.
- Exposure to Salesforce Industries (Vlocity) or other industry-specific Salesforce solutions.
- Familiarity with Customer Data Platforms (CDPs) and unified customer engagement strategies.
