Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join our Salesforce Department. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the Salesforce platform, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering client-focused solutions. You will work closely with clients, developers, and stakeholders to analyze business requirements, design Salesforce-based solutions, and ensure successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather and document business requirements through client interactions and stakeholder interactions
meetings.
- Analyze and translate business needs into functional specifications for Salesforce
implementations.
- Design and configure Salesforce solutions, including custom objects, workflows, process
builders, and reports.
- Collaborate with developers and technical teams to ensure solutions align with client
expectations.
- Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and support end-user training on Salesforce
functionalities.
- Provide ongoing support for Salesforce applications, troubleshooting issues and
recommending improvements.
- Maintain clear and proactive communication with clients to ensure that project milestones are
met.
- Stay updated on Salesforce features, updates, and best practices to propose innovative
solutions.
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a Salesforce-focused role.
- Strong knowledge of the Salesforce platform, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or
Marketing Cloud.
- Active Salesforce Trailhead profile with demonstrated learning progress (please include
Trailhead profile link in application).
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Platform App Builder, or Business
Analyst are highly desirable.
- Prior experience in client communication or client-facing roles.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Understanding of Webkul’s product ecosystem or e-commerce platforms is a plus.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹300,000.53 - ₹700,000.36 per year
