Job Title-Salesforce Business Analyst
Position Overview-
As a Salesforce Business Analyst at VE3, you will play a crucial role in gathering business requirements, designing Salesforce solutions, and driving digital transformation for our clients. You will work closely with stakeholders, developers, and architects to ensure that our Salesforce implementations align with business goals and deliver tangible value.
This role requires a strong blend of Salesforce expertise, business analysis skills, and stakeholder management experience.
Requirements
1. Business Analysis & Requirements Gathering
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand business challenges, processes, and objectives.
- Conduct stakeholder workshops, interviews, and process mapping to capture key requirements.
- Define and document user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows.
- Identify opportunities to leverage Salesforce features and automation to optimize business operations.
- Work closely with Salesforce architects and developers to translate business needs into system functionality.
- Configure Salesforce objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, and automation tools (Flow, Process Builder, etc.).
- Ensure best practices in system design, security, and scalability.
- Support integrations with third-party applications, SAP, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Act as the primary liaison between business users, technical teams, and VE3 leadership.
- Manage project timelines, priorities, and dependencies in an Agile/Scrum environment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful Salesforce implementations.
- Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and support end-user validation.
- Ensure data quality, governance, and integrity within Salesforce.
- Design custom reports, dashboards, and analytics to provide actionable business insights.
- Support data migration, cleansing, and transformation initiatives.
- Develop user guides, training materials, and knowledge base articles.
- Conduct end-user training sessions to ensure successful adoption.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and propose improvements.
Essential Skills:
- 3+ years experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst, Consultant, or Administrator.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, or CPQ.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce declarative tools (Flow, Process Builder, Reports & Dashboards).
- Expertise in business process mapping, requirements gathering, and stakeholder engagement.
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment, writing user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Strong understanding of data models, integrations, and security best practices in Salesforce.
The ideal candidate should have multiple relevant Salesforce certifications, such as:
- Salesforce Certified Business Analyst (Required)
- Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant (Preferred)
- Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant (Preferred)
- Salesforce Advanced Administrator (Preferred)
- Experience with Salesforce AI (Einstein Analytics, Predictive Insights).
- Knowledge of integration platforms (MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, APIs, REST/SOAP Web Services).
- Experience in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and ETL tools (Databricks, Snowflake).
- Exposure to Energy & Utilities, Financial Services, Retail, or Public Sector clients.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Salesforce Administrator and/or Business Analyst Certification (preferred).
