Salesforce Business Analyst

Overview

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into functional and technical requirements for Salesforce solutions.
• Lead end-to-end analysis and documentation of business processes, user stories, and use cases.
• Conduct gap analysis between current and future states and recommend improvements.
• Act as the bridge between business and Salesforce development teams, ensuring solution alignment.
• Manage Salesforce configuration projects from ideation to deployment in collaboration with admins and developers.
• Perform UAT planning, coordination, and testing with business users.
• Generate reports and dashboards using Salesforce reporting tools for decision-making.
• Train end-users and provide ongoing support post-implementation.
• Ensure Salesforce system integrity, data accuracy, and adherence to governance practices.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, Support, and IT.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹2,000,000.00 per year
