This is a full-time position, ideal for candidates with 1 to 3 years of experience in business analysis and Salesforce environments. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in understanding business needs, gathering requirements, and bridging the gap between technology and business using Salesforce solutions.

Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum 1 year of experience in business analysis, with a strong understanding of analytical and relationship-building skills.

• Excellent presentation skills, capable of conveying complex information in a clear, concise manner to diverse audiences.

• Demonstrated skill in process mapping to visualize workflows for identifying areas of improvement and efficiencies.

Roles and Responsibilities
