Qualification
- Masters of Business Administration or equivalent
- 5+ Years of experience in Salesforce domain , preferably implementation projects
- Candidate should have good Salesforce knowledge with experience in Salesforce implementation projects in Advisory/ Consulting/Business Analyst roles
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical skills and detail oriented, ability to plan and organize the team as well as documentation, team player, accountable.
- Experience in translating business requirements into a detailed system specification
- Salesforce Certification in Admin/Sales/Service or any consulting certification will be an added advantage
- Understanding of Agile Scrum delivery model
- Knowledge of creating process flows/frameworks using Visio/ Lucid charts etc
- Knowledge of AI and Agentforce will be desirable
- Good understanding of BFS domain – experience in Commercial/ Retail Banking domain
- Loan origination/ nCino knowledge will be an added advantage
- Knowledge of Salesforce Financial Cloud will be an added advantage
- Responsible for Discovery & design workshops to identify client requirements
- Translate business needs into actionable documentation/specifications, including use case scenarios, models and conceptual design diagrams to support iterative development
- Design Salesforce solutions to meet client requirements
- Participate in Data migration & integration activities
- Evaluate As IS process and suggest improvements for To Be Process
- Participate in QA led test prep and planning activities, as well as defect triage to ensure projects are on track.
- Responsible for End user training and other user adoption activities
- Conduct/Participate in scrum ceremonies and assist in sprint planning, estimation, requirement analysis and review
- Maintain certifications in salesforce products
