Overview
Responsibilities:
- Marketing Automation Strategy: Collaborate with the marketing and technology teams to understand business requirements, marketing objectives, and customer journeys to develop effective marketing automation strategies.
- Solution Design and Development: Translate business requirements into technical solutions using Salesforce Marketing Cloud, ensuring the seamless integration of data, automation, and marketing tools.
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud Implementation: Configure and customize Salesforce Marketing Cloud functionalities, including Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Content Builder, and Audience Builder, to deliver high-quality marketing campaigns.
- Data Integration: Integrate Salesforce Marketing Cloud with other systems, such as CRM, e-commerce platforms, and data warehouses, to enable data synchronization and enhance personalization capabilities.
- Email Marketing: Develop, test, and deploy personalized and dynamic email campaigns using HTML/CSS, AMPscript, and other scripting languages.
- Journey Automation: Create customer journeys, automation workflows, and trigger-based communications to nurture prospects and drive engagement throughout the customer lifecycle.
- Data Segmentation and Targeting: Implement audience segmentation and targeting strategies to ensure relevant content delivery and optimize campaign effectiveness.
- Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze campaign performance using Salesforce Marketing Cloud analytics and reporting tools, providing insights for continuous improvement.
- Best Practices and Compliance: Stay updated with industry best practices, marketing automation trends, and data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) to ensure compliance and data security. Testing and Troubleshooting: Conduct thorough testing of marketing automation processes and troubleshoot any issues to ensure flawless execution of campaigns.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud development and implementation, including hands-on experience with Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Content Builder, and Audience Builder.
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, AMPscript, and other scripting languages for email template creation and customization.
- Strong understanding of data integration concepts and experience with integrating Salesforce Marketing Cloud with other systems.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, marketing automation best practices, and email marketing strategies.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and insights to optimize marketing campaigns.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and clients.
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud certifications (e.g., Email Specialist, Marketing Cloud Developer) will be an advantage.
- Prior experience in Salesforce CRM or other Salesforce products is a plus.
