Overview
About the Role
We are looking for a skilled Salesforce Technical Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will collaborate with business stakeholders in our Sales and Marketing teams to gather requirements, document processes, create mock-ups, implement CRM solutions on Salesforce platform with guidance, and generate standard Salesforce reports and dashboards per business request. They will also provide post-live support to ensure smooth CRM operations.
Responsibilities:
CRM Administration & Support:
- Act as the primary administrator for the Salesforce CRM system.
- Work closely with Sales and Marketing team stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document process and requirements.
- Configure and document CRM solutions to meet business needs, ensuring best practices are followed.
- Create process flow diagrams and mock-ups to communicate solutions effectively.
- Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and user training for CRM users.
- Create necessary validations, sharing settings, permissions and manage custom fields, list views and page layouts.
- Maintain data integrity and security within the CRM system.
- Monitor system performance and recommend improvements.
Marketing and Sales Team Support:
- Assist both teams in defining, tracking, and optimising business processes and functions.
- Utilise Salesforce CRM including Account Engagement (Pardot) to support marketing team on lead generation and nurturing campaigns.
- Collaborate with sales teams to optimise the opportunity management process.
- Create and customise reports and dashboards for both teams.
Post-Live Support & Continuous Improvement:
- Address post-implementation issues and optimise existing CRM workflows.
- Create documentations and reference guides for both teams to ensure CRM adoption.
- Stay up to date with CRM updates, features, and industry best practices.
- Partner with SMEs to recommend new CRM functionalities and process improvements.
Experience and Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience in Salesforce CRM administration.
- Strong business analysis skills and experience, preferably with sales and marketing.
- Ability to gather business requirements and translate them into Salesforce CRM solutions.
- Experience in creating documentation, mock-ups, and process workflows.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Preferred Qualifications (nice to have):
- Salesforce Certified Administrator
- Salesforce Certified Business Analyst
- Project experience and team role as business analyst, preferably with CRO projects
