Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Technical Lead with deep expertise in Salesforce Experience Cloud and complex system integrations. The ideal candidate will lead technical design, development, and deployment of Experience Cloud solutions while ensuring seamless integration with other enterprise systems. This is a hands-on leadership role that combines architecture, coding oversight, and technical team mentorship.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the technical design and implementation of Salesforce Experience Cloud sites and related customizations.
• Develop and maintain robust, scalable integration solutions using Salesforce APIs, middleware, and other technologies.
• Translate business requirements into technical designs, solution architecture, and development tasks.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to Salesforce developers, admins, and offshore teams.
• Review code, enforce best practices, and ensure adherence to Salesforce development standards.
• Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Oversee data migration and integration with other systems (ERP, CRM, marketing tools, or custom apps).
• Troubleshoot technical issues, optimize performance, and ensure security compliance.
• Support deployment activities, CI/CD, and post-implementation support.
• Stay up to date with Salesforce releases and recommend improvements or new capabilities.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 7+ years of Salesforce development experience, with at least 2–3 years as a Tech Lead.
• Proven experience delivering Salesforce Experience Cloud (Community Cloud) projects.
• Strong expertise in Apex, Lightning Components (LWC), Visualforce, and Salesforce configuration.
• Hands-on experience designing and implementing integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware (e.g., MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, Informatica).
• Solid understanding of Salesforce security, sharing rules, and data architecture.
• Experience with DevOps tools for Salesforce (e.g., Gearset, Copado, SFDX, Git).
• Relevant Salesforce certifications: Salesforce Platform Developer II, Experience Cloud Consultant, Integration Architect, or Application/System Architect preferred.
• Strong problem-solving, debugging, and performance optimization skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Proven ability to mentor junior developers and lead distributed teams.

Preferred Skills:

• Exposure to other Salesforce Clouds like Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Marketing Cloud.
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum development processes.
• Familiarity with project tracking and collaboration tools (JIRA, Confluence, Slack).
• Experience working with global delivery models.
