Job Description

Role Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and solution-oriented Salesforce Technical Lead or Senior Developer with strong product engineering experience. The candidate will be responsible for driving technical execution, hands-on development, and collaboration with cross-functional teams. This role is ideal for professionals Looking to contribute to managed package development, scalable architecture, and best-in-class user experiences within Salesforce-native applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain scalable Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flows.
• Contribute to architecture discussions and provide technical input for building managed packages.
• Ensure code quality, security compliance (FLS, CRUD, sharing), and alignment with Salesforce best practices.
• Participate in AppExchange Security Review preparation and remediation.
• Collaborate with Product, QA, and UX teams to deliver secure and performant applications.
• Implement CI/CD processes using SFDX and Git-based workflows.
• Support data migration activities, including ETL script development and test automation.
• Contribute to the setup of offline mobile features and assist in Data Cloud integrations when applicable.
• Troubleshoot production issues and lead root cause analysis.
• Mentor junior developers and perform code reviews.
  
  

Requirements

Must-Have Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in Salesforce development
• Proficiency in Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex, SOQL, and Flow Builder
• Experience with Salesforce DX, scratch orgs, and unlocked packages
• Hands-on experience with managed packages and AppExchange readiness
• Solid understanding of platform security features and governance limits
• Experience with version control systems (Git), GitHub Actions, or Copado
• Ability to work in Agile/Scrum teams and take ownership of deliverables

• Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II / JavaScript Developer I
• Experience with Data Cloud (CDP) or Customer 360
• Familiarity with Experience Cloud or mobile offline setup
• Basic understanding of Heroku, MuleSoft, or other integration platforms
