Position Overview:
We are looking for a talented Software Development Engineer Analyst to extend our world-class information technology environment further. This is primarily an individual contributor role who would collaborate with the Agile scrum team when designs and solution deliverables are needed. This role requires the ability to concisely evaluate the business data and information requirements of our globally dispersed transfer pricing setup and recommend and drive solution direction and design. As a Software Development Engineer , you will be joining a global team with multiple applications to support. Our engineering culture will empower you to make effective decisions, work collaboratively, and take accountability for engineering projects at the company's core.
Responsibilities:
- Design and develop solutions using SAP BPC and SAP PaPM based on business requirements.
- Lead or contribute to SAP BPC implementation projects, ensuring quality delivery.
- Work on SAP PaPM for cost allocation and transfer pricing processes.
- Perform technical development and troubleshooting using SAP ABAP related to BPC.
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to understand needs and deliver solutions.
- Follow Agile and Scrum practices for project execution and delivery.
- Analyze and solve technical issues to ensure system performance and stability.
- Create technical documentation and share knowledge with the team.
- Support teams and stakeholders across different time zones as needed.
- Continuously learn and apply new SAP technologies like SAP SAC and improve existing processes.
Requirements:
- Target for SAP BPC, SAP PaPM as a primary skill and SAP ABAP as their secondary skill
- Relevant experience level: minimum 5 to 7 years in SAP(BPC and PaPM) is required
- BPC Implementation experience - 5-7 years required
- Good to have PaPM implementation exp at least 1-2 years (1-2 full life cycle project in PaPM)
- Good to have PaPM cost allocation or Transfer pricing implementation.
- Decent knowledge of SAP ABAP specific to SAP BPC is good to have.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s in engineering or Post Graduation – Masters in Computer Application or an MBA or related discipline or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum 5-7 years of overall experience with at-least 5 years hands-on experience in SAP BPC.
- ABAP knowledge pertaining to SAP BPC is must.
- SAP BPC Embedded experience along with SAP ABAP will be the preference.
- SAP SAC or SAP PaPM experience is good to have.
- 4-6 full life cycle implementation project experience in SAP BPC.
- Minimum 1 year of SAP SAC or SAP PaPM Implementation experience is good to have.
- Strong Verbal and Written Communication skills.
- Ability to work in a different time zone as the project demands.
- Experience with Scrum and Agile Processes
