Job Description / Position Description

We are seeking a skilled SAP Commerce Cloud Consultant, To implement, configure, and optimize SAP Commerce Cloud solutions for digital commerce and customer experience. To ensure seamless integration with SAP S/4HANA, SAP Customer Experience (CX), and third-party systems. To drive efficiency, personalization, and omnichannel engagement through scalable e-commerce transformation solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and participate in SAP SuccessFactors implementations across modules such as Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance & Goals, Compensation, and Learning.
• Gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into effective SuccessFactors solutions.
• Configure and customize SuccessFactors modules, ensuring alignment with HR processes and compliance standards.
• Support integration with SAP HCM, SAP S/4HANA, and third-party systems.
• Provide production support and troubleshooting for SuccessFactors applications, including year-end activities.
• Partner with HR and IT stakeholders to optimize processes and data quality.
• Conduct training sessions and workshops for end-users and HR teams.
• Stay updated on SuccessFactors innovations and recommend best practices for adoption.
  
  

• Strong hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors modules (Employee Central is a must; others preferred).
• Knowledge of HR processes including talent management, payroll integration, and workforce planning.
• Experience with SAP HCM or SAP S/4HANA integration.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Computer Science, or related field.
• SAP SuccessFactors certification preferred.
