Position Description:

We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer / SAP Payroll Consultant with expertise in US and Canadian Payroll, including SuccessFactors integration. The ideal candidate will have strong functional and configuration experience across SAP Payroll and Time modules and will work closely with clients and cross-functional teams to deliver integrated payroll solutions. This role also includes coaching team members and supporting business development initiatives.

Required Qualifications To Be Successful In This Role

Responsibilities:

• Analyze SAP Payroll business requirements and propose innovative, integrated solutions.
• Configure SAP Payroll module and apply best practices for US / Canadian Payroll.
• Interface with clients and collaborate with functional and technical teams to ensure proper solution design and implementation.
• Analyze SAP Time business requirements and configure SAP Time module as required.
• Mentor and coach other team members.
• Participate in business development activities, including RFPs, demos, and client presentations.
• Leverage advanced knowledge in other SAP HCM modules: Payroll, PA, PD, OM, Benefits, ESS/MSS.
• Lead functional configuration activities and support full life-cycle implementations.
• Provide guidance on SAP Payroll and Time best practices, including compliance with Canadian business legislation.
  
  

Must-Have Skills:

• Minimum 5 years of functional/configuration experience in SAP Payroll (US / Canadian Payroll).
• Experience with advanced SAP HCM modules (PA, PD, OM, Benefits, ESS/MSS).
• Hands-on experience with at least 2 full life-cycle implementations.
• Strong consulting, client management, and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency in English and/or French (mandatory).
• Ability to lead and coach team members effectively.

• SAP HR Certification.
• SAP SuccessFactors Certification.
• Willingness to travel occasionally as required.
