Role details:

• Title / Designation: SAP MRO lead
• Work mode: Hybrid (2 days WFO)
• Location: Bengaluru

Role & responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business and digital teams to understand MRO/Aftermarket requirements and provide SAP S/4HANA configuration solutions.
• Design, configure, and optimize maintenance, repair, and spare parts processes in SAP and iMRO.
• Support data mapping, testing, and functional specification creation for reports, workflows, and integrations.
• Mentor junior team members and document best practices for SAP MRO processes.
• Participate in digital transformation initiatives, implementing process improvements aligned with industry best practices.

Candidate requirements:

• 8+ years of experience in SAP ERP, preferably with MRO/Aftermarket exposure.
• Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA configuration and iMRO tools.
• Strong understanding of maintenance processes, spare parts planning, and preventive/corrective maintenance.
• Experience in functional specification, testing, and data migration for SAP projects.
• Ability to mentor junior team members, work collaboratively, and drive process improvements.
