Role Overview

We are hiring SAP Project Managers at Senior and Junior levels to lead and support SAP S/4HANA implementations (RISE & GROW) and AMS engagements. The role involves end-to-end project delivery, stakeholder management, and coordination across functional and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead/support SAP S/4HANA implementations, upgrades, rollouts, and AMS
• Execute projects using SAP Activate methodology
• Manage scope, timelines, budget, risks, and resources
• Coordinate with SAP functional, technical, infrastructure, and partner teams
• Oversee AMS operations, SLA tracking, and issue resolution
• Drive governance, reporting, and client communication
• Ensure smooth transition from implementation to support

Experience & Skills

• Senior Role: 15–20 years SAP project delivery experience with multiple full-cycle S/4HANA implementations as PM
• Junior Role: 10–12 years total experience with 3+ years in SAP projects (implementation/rollout/AMS)
• Strong understanding of SAP project lifecycle & SAP Activate
• Techno-functional exposure to SAP modules (MM, SD, FICO, PP, PM, etc.)
• Experience managing cross-functional and global teams
• Proficiency in tools like MS Project, Jira, ServiceNow, etc.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
