About the Role

This role is part of the Intelligent Functions team, focusing on SAP Platforms-driven business design, assessment, solutioning, and implementation for global clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Support Platforms-driven business design including value assessment, business case creation, and business process re-engineering.

• Deliver solutions across the SAP S/4 HANA ERP landscape with strong strategic awareness of SAP technologies.

• Work as a SAP Functional Solution Architect, managing end-to-end RFP responses and client solutioning.

• Engage with clients for requirements gathering, solution scoping, and roadmap development.

• Support business development with proposals, solution design, and delivery planning.

• Drive integration with ERP solutions including SAP, and develop Proof of Concepts when needed.

Required Skills & Expertise

• 2–7 years of experience in SAP S/4 HANA modules (MM / SD / PP / QM / eWM / IBP).

• Prior experience in 2–3 large-scale SAP transformation or implementation programs for global clients.

• Hands-on expertise as an end-to-end SAP Solution / Functional Architect for RFPs.

• Strong project management, problem-solving, and analytical skills.

• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.

• Ability to thrive in cross-cultural and dynamic environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA from Tier-1 or Tier-2 Business Schools.

• Prior experience in industrial verticals highly desirable.

• Proven track record in client-facing consulting roles.
