SAP Security Consultant (Anywhere in India; preferred Bangalore, Hyderabad and Pune)

As an SAP Security Consultant, you will strategically align technology with business objectives. This involves direct collaboration with clients as the client’s trusted advisor and oversee the analysis, design, and implementation of technology best practices for effective business solutions.

The role will include but not be limited to:

• Collaborate closely with clients, providing valuable assistance in the implementation of cutting-edge SAP systems.
• Execute the build, testing, and deployment phases, emphasizing SAP Security best practices and innovative customer processes within SAP S/4 HANA environment.

First and foremost, you are a genuine Management Consultant with exceptional communication skills, the ability to see the bigger picture, and a collaborative approach to creating exceptional solutions. You will also have relevant SAP skills, including:

• A minimum of 7–10 years of experience in large-scale SAP implementation projects, including participation in at least two complete project lifecycles as an SAP Security Consultant, with expertise in S/4HANA, is required.
• User Management, S/4 HANA Roles and Authorizations, Authorization Objects, Authorization Profiles
• Managing and enhancing SAP Fiori Catalogues
• Configuration and testing of SAP Roles with IT/Business
• Understands the concept of Segregation of duties (SOD) & provide advisory support to guide clients internal Audit department to implement SOD
• Supporting of Testing Phases, defect solving etc.
• Experience in collaboration with Organizational change management (OCM) team to understand training requirements and initial user to role mapping requirements
• Experience in Go-live support, ticket handling etc
• ServiceNow knowledge is a plus
• SAP IAG and Cloud Security is a plus
• SAP BTP Security familiarity is a plus
• SAP Cyber Security aspects e.g. SAP vulnerability management, threat management is plus
• Ability to work in a team environment, effectively leading and/or interacting with others as individual contributors
• A proven track record in a ‘Big 4’, Major ‘SI’, or specialist SAP Consulting Firm would be preferred.
• Experience in Life Sciences, or process manufacturing industries, particularly in sectors such as pharmaceutical, medical devices, medical manufacturing and chemicals, would be advantageous.
