Overview

Job Title: SAP Security & GRC Consultant

Experience Required: 8–10 Years

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and manage SAP security roles, profiles, and authorization objects across SAP systems (ECC, S/4HANA, BW, Fiori, etc.).
• Lead the implementation, configuration, and support of SAP GRC modules, especially GRC Access Control (ARM, ARA, BRM, EAM).
• Perform risk analysis and mitigation using SAP GRC tools.
• Work on user provisioning, role management, SoD (Segregation of Duties) analysis, and compliance reporting.
• Conduct SAP security audits and support internal/external compliance requirements.
• Collaborate with functional, technical, and audit teams to address security risks and compliance gaps.
• Support SAP security projects (upgrades, migrations, new implementations).
• Provide training and knowledge transfer to internal teams and end-users.

Required Skills:

• 8–10 years of strong experience in SAP Security (ECC, S/4HANA, BW, Fiori).
• In-depth knowledge of SAP GRC Access Control (ARA, EAM, BRM, ARM).
• Hands-on experience in role design, user administration, and authorization management.
• Strong understanding of SoD (Segregation of Duties) and SAP compliance controls.
• Experience in SAP Fiori Security, HANA DB Security, and SAP UI5 roles.
• Good understanding of SAP Audit & Compliance standards.
• Experience in security testing during SAP upgrades and support packs.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of SAP IDM, SAP Cloud Security, or SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud Security.
• SAP GRC certifications (preferred but not mandatory).
• Knowledge of SAP Authorization Trace tools and Audit logs.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹2,000,000.00 - ₹2,200,000.00 per year
