Mandatory Skills : Windows Server Admin, VM Ware ,Windows OS ,Patching .Job Summary : We are seeking experienced Windows System Administrators to join our global IT operations team This role is focused on supporting and maintaining Windows Based infrastructure during the US night shift with a key responsibility for patch management and system maintenance during scheduled weekend windows. Key Responsibilities: Perform Windows Server patching and updates during designated maintenance windows including weekendsMonitor system performance and availability during the shift responding to s and incidents as neededTroubleshoot and resolve issues related to Windows Server OS Active Directory and related infrastructureCollaborate with global IT teams to ensure seamless handovers and consistent system healthMaintain documentation of patching activities incident resolutions and system changesEnsure compliance with internal security policies and industry best practicesParticipate in change management and incident response processesRequired Skills Qualifications3 years of handson experience as a Windows System AdministratorStrong knowledge of Windows Server 201620192022 Active Directory DNS DHCP and Group PolicyExperience with WSUS SCCM or other patch management toolsFamiliarity with PowerShell scripting for automation and reportingUnderstanding of ITIL processes and change managementExcellent troubleshooting and analytical skillsAbility to work independently during off hours with minimal supervisionStrong communication skills and a proactive approach to problem solvingPreferred QualificationsExperience in a 24x7 enterprise environmentExposure to cloud platforms Azure AWS is a plusIT certifications such as MCSA MCSE or Microsoft Certified Windows Server Hybrid Administrator AssociateWork EnvironmentWeekend work required for scheduled patching and maintenanceCollaborative and supportive global IT team

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹1,247,376.97 - ₹3,518,009.42 per year
