Job Description
In India, we operate as Next Gear India Private Limited, a fully-owned subsidiary of Cotality with offices in Kolkata, West Bengal, and Noida, Uttar Pradesh. Next Gear India Private Limited plays a vital role in Cotality's Product Development capabilities, focusing on creating and delivering innovative solutions for the Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance and Property Restoration industries.

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Data Delivery Manager to oversee the complete delivery of complex data and analytics solutions while building strong partnerships with clients and cross-functional teams. This role will be responsible for planning and managing the delivery of prioritized business intelligence (BI) projects, in collaboration with business leaders, data engineers, and data developers.
The Scrum Master - Analytics Delivery Lead will lead the entire process of delivering advanced data and analytics solutions, serving as a strategic partner to both clients and internal teams. This position combines technical expertise with leadership in delivery, driving innovation and ensuring successful outcomes.

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Data Delivery Manager to oversee the complete delivery of complex data and analytics solutions while building strong partnerships with clients and cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities
- Own full delivery lifecycle for client accounts, including governance, resource planning, and risk management.
- Lead requirements and workflows to deliver scalable, high-quality data solutions.
- Coordinate sprints, retrospective meetings and daily stand-ups.
- Coordinate across cross-functional teams and maintain strong client relationships.
- Align delivery with agile methodologies and Cotality standards.
- Establish Agile COE and coach team members in Agile frameworks.
- Support sales efforts through proposal development and support.
- Champion continuous improvement, KPI tracking, and team development.
Must Have qualifications:
- At least 5 years of Previous Experience in a scrum master role.
- Expertise in delivering Data & Analytics, Big Data, and Business Intelligence projects with knowledge of best practices and modern solutions.
- Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artefacts (such as user stories, testing, backlog refinement).
- Highly skilled, 5+ years, in Agile and other project delivery methodologies along with proven expertise in using Jira for project and issue tracking.
- Solid grasp of software development and product lifecycle methodologies like Scrum and Kanban, with the ability to scale technical solutions from the ground up.
- Minimum 5 years of experience interpreting customer business requirements to deploy Data & Analytics solutions.
- 5+ Years of experience with diverse Data & Analytics technology stacks and tools (e.g., SQL, Python, Fabric, Snowflake, Power BI, Tableau, data mining, data modeling).
- Proven expertise in delivering data-driven projects and predictive analytics use cases, with expertise in CI/CD.
- Solid understanding of data governance, compliance, privacy, and data/AI frameworks.
- Experience with advanced data visualization techniques and tools.
- Deep understanding of data security challenges and approaches.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively to diverse audiences.
- Expertise in integration of architecture across complex ecosystems
- Experience in building cross-functional data capabilities from scratch
- Proficiency in leading large-scale transformations backed by cloud and/or AI-driven innovations
- Familiarity with up-and-coming tools and technologies in the Data & Analytics space
- Clear track record of delivering compelling presentations to senior leadership teams and large audiences
