Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Agile teams in the effective implementation of Scrum practices and principles.
- Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, sprint reviews, and backlog refinement sessions.
- Coach the team to ensure Agile/Scrum methodologies are understood, adopted, and optimized.
- Actively manage and resolve impediments impacting the team's ability to deliver.
- Use tools like Jira and Azure DevOps (ADo) for agile project tracking, issue management, and reporting.
- Collaborate closely with Product Owners, stakeholders, and other cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and clear communication.
- Monitor and report team metrics, velocity, sprint burndowns, and other KPIs to continuously enhance performance.
- Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to optimize workflow and delivery efficiency.
- Promote a culture of transparency, collaboration, continuous improvement, and accountability within the team.
- 4–7 years of experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or Agile Project Lead.
- Proven hands-on experience managing Agile projects using tools such as Jira and Azure DevOps (ADo).
- Deep understanding of Agile frameworks, methodologies (Scrum, Kanban), and best practices.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certification preferred.
- Strong ability to facilitate discussions, manage conflicts, and influence decision-making.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and team-building skills.
- Experience coaching agile teams to achieve increased productivity, transparency, and collaboration.
- Proactive problem-solving abilities, able to identify and resolve risks and impediments promptly.
- Demonstrated capability in driving continuous process improvements and fostering agile maturity.
