This role involves guiding the team, removing obstacles, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate Scrum Events: Lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Remove Obstacles: Identify and eliminate impediments that hinder the team’s progress.
- Coach the Team: Mentor team members on Agile practices and ensure adherence to Scrum principles.
- Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with Product Owners and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and clear communication.
- Promote Continuous Improvement: Encourage a culture of continuous improvement within the team.
- Monitor Performance: Track and report on project progress using appropriate metrics and tools.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Business).
- Experience: Proven experience as a Scrum Master, preferably in a contact center or similar environment.
- Certifications: Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification.
- Skills: Strong facilitation, communication, and leadership skills. Proficiency in Agile project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello).
- Experience with other Agile methodologies (e.g., Kanban).
- Knowledge of contact center operations and challenges.
- Ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams.
