Job DescriptionJob Summary: As a Scrum Master at Hexure, you will facilitate agile processes, remove impediments, and ensure the team delivers high-quality software efficiently. Responsibilities: ? Lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives. ? Coach the team on agile principles and practices. ? Track and report sprint progress using Jira or similar tools. ? Remove blockers and foster a culture of continuous improvement. ? Collaborate with product owners to refine backlog and priorities. Qualifications: ? 12+ years experienced and Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent. ? Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies. ? Excellent communication and facilitation skills. ? Experience working with software development teams.
