We are currently seeking a Scrum Master - TDM to join our team in Bangalore, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).

• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies: Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives
• Ensure the team follows Agile best practices and Scrum values
• Coach and support Product Owners, team members, and stakeholders in Agile principles
• Track and report key Agile metrics like velocity, burndown charts, sprint goals
• Identify and resolve impediments affecting the team's progress
• Help teams self-organize and improve over time
• Coordinate with other Scrum Masters to manage cross-team dependencies
• Support backlog grooming and ensure user stories are clear, concise, and testable
• Foster transparency, communication, and collaboration within the team and with stakeholders
