Scrum Master- Agile

Ideally 10 to 13 years of relevant experience. Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or other technical discipline (BE, BTech, MCA) Understanding of the Scrum framework, Scrum values, Agile mindset, principles and values with the ability to train others in its subtleties; Possessing prior experience in programing / software development is highly desirable. Hands on experience on the entire lifecycle starting from Intake, resourcing , execution and closure. Hands on understanding of Project financials is must Hands on Azure Devops with Boards, Dashboards and Planning Hands-on execution capability to help teams and overall programs by Driving the scrum cadence; Promptly resolving issues/roadblocks; Driving estimation and planning process; Facilitating in prioritization of tasks and planning iterations; Reporting statuses, agile metrics; Preferred Certifications: Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) ; SAFE Agilist. Leading and coaching the organization in Scaled Agile adoption. Applying agile methodology to identify, escalate, and remove team impediments that jeopardize success. Influencing scrum team members to identify and address project issues, including leadership and interdependent teams, and to promote self-directed and productive teams; Defining external metrics that help the organization understand the value delivered; Communicating shared vision while fostering transparency and visibility; Coaching/Mentoring Team, Scrum Masters, Product Owners, Leadership on Agile values and principles, and various Agile approaches (Scrum, Kanban and scaling framework).
