Work Mode: In Office- (Bangalore/ Pune/ Kerala)

Experience: 5-8 Years

Role Details:

• Coach, train, and onboard squad members to ways of working

• Facilitate delivery and agile ceremonies at the squad level utilizing Azure DevOps.

• Help define squad objectives and focus areas by enabling integration with tech/process/data/change leads.

• Support with the facilitation of Program Increment (PI) Planning to drive integration and vision execution for the Finance workstream

• Should have experience with leading scrums and squads

Skills:

• SAFe Agile

• Azure DevOps

• Power BI

• Risk & Client Management

• General understanding of SAP projects (nice to have)

• Experience having worked in SAP programs or O&G companies such as BP, Exxon, and Aramco would be bonuses (nice to have)
