The Minimum Qualifications
Technical Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification.
- 7+ years of proven experience as a Scrum Master in an Agile environment.
- Strong understanding of DevOps and Agile methodologies including the Scrum framework.
- Strong understanding and experience in tools such as Jira and Confluence.
Technical Skills
- Advanced Scrum certifications (e.g., Advanced Certified Scrum Master, Certified Scrum Professional).
- Experience in coaching and mentoring Agile teams.
- Knowledge of other Agile frameworks (e.g., Kanban, Lean).
- Expert knowledge in developing/driving/presentation with metrics and KPIs
