• Facilitate all core Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives for multiple Scrum teams.

• Coach and guide the teams on Agile best practices and principles, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Track and review Agile metrics (velocity, burndown, etc.) to identify performance trends and improvement opportunities.
• Lead and coordinate Scrum of Scrums and dependency management syncs across teams.
• Collaborate in Program Increment (PI) Planning and ensure alignment across teams and stakeholders.
• Support release planning and deployment activities to ensure timely delivery.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including Product Owners, Business groups, and vendor partners.
• Write clear and detailed user stories, incorporating input and acceptance criteria using ADO / JIRA.
• Manage multiple vendor leads and support effective stakeholder engagement.

• Experience with Power BI or Tableau for reporting and visualization.
• Exposure to Oracle products, especially the Oracle database engine.
