Job Description:
- 5 8 yrs exp in Scrum master role
- Understanding of Agile waterfall methodology
Key Responsibilities:
- Understanding the Scrum values and Principles
- Guide team and stake holders on Scrum practices
- Should be capable of prioritizing Stories based on Resource availability and Timelines for a period of next 3 weeks or 3 months
Technical Requirements:
- Knowledge on how to accommodate random bug fix requests from Production
- Knowledge of User stories and task understanding of different timeboxed events acceptance criteria DoR and DoD
Additional Responsibilities:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate collaboration within and outside development team
- Ability to remove impediments and understand the servant leadership
Preferred Skills:
Foundational->Development Methodology->Infosys Global Agile methodology->Scrum master
