- Manage effective scrum meetings
- Manage project timelines, scope and team workload based on agile flow
- Work with the product owners to make direction clear
- Coach team members
- Work to resolve conflicts and remove roadblocks
- Must be a Certified Scrum Master
- Helping teams apply agile framework by leading and coaching
- Facilitating team events and processes
- Resolving issues, roadblocks and conflicts
- Handling of backlogs and requests as part of the scrum flow
- Facilitate effective meetings and team collaboration
- Passionate about Scrum, Kanban, Lean Thinking, Lean Startup, etc
- With Agile techniques such as User Stories, Continuous Integration, Continuous Testing, Pairing, Automated Testing, Agile Games etc.
- Job Type: Permanent Full Time
- Work Profile: Hybrid
- Years of Experience: 3+ Years
- Location: Bangalore
- Bachelor Degree or equivalent experience
- Familiarity with ITIL Version 3 or 4, Foundations certificate a plus but not required
- Familiarity with Cyber Security concepts
- Working Time – 3.30 PM – 12.30 AM IST
