Overview
We are seeking a Scrum Master to lead Agile development teams and ensure the effective implementation of Scrum practices. You will act as a facilitator, coach, and servant leader—empowering teams to deliver high-quality products through continuous improvement and collaboration.
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies: daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
- Guide teams in Agile/Scrum principles and practices
- Remove impediments and shield teams from external distractions
- Foster a culture of ownership, transparency, and continuous improvement
- Collaborate with Product Owners to manage and refine backlogs
- Track progress using Agile metrics (e.g., burndown charts, velocity)
- Coach team members and stakeholders on Agile mindset
- Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and timelines
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master or in Agile project management
- Strong understanding of Scrum theory, practices, and frameworks
- Excellent facilitation, coaching, and conflict-resolution skills
- Familiarity with Agile tools like Jira, Trello, or Azure DevOps
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field
- Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM) preferred
