Job Requirements
Work Experience
- Serve as the primary point of contact for technical expertise related to electrical systems, components, and applications.
- Provide in-depth knowledge and analysis of electrical components.
- Provide technical guidance on product development specifications and mapping between characteristics of that product with another source.
- Support the verification and validation activities to ensure product quality and compliance.
- Provide the electro technical guidance to internal teams and external customers.
- Ensure compliance with relevant electrical codes, standards, and regulations (e.g., IEC, IEEE, UL).
- Contribute to the industry technical committees and working groups.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product management, marketing, and sales.
- Communicate technical information clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Prepare technical reports, presentations, and documentation.
- Mentor and train junior engineers and technical staff.
- Share knowledge and expertise to foster professional development within the team.
Work Experience
- Should be able to understand the technical characteristics of the electrical devices.
- Should be able to map the technical characteristics, even when their measuring units differently mentioned.
- Knowledge on the software development process (like waterfall, scrum).
- Knowledge on tools like Jira and Confluence or a similar one.
- Strong work ethics with high level of self-motivation and communication skill.
