Job Summary

Key Responsibilities (Must have): Lead daily stand up meetings to track team progress Identify and remove blockers to keep work flowing smoothly Support the Product Owner in backlog refinement Monitor sprint goals and ensure alignment with team activities Facilitate team collaboration and communication Track sprint metrics and update dashboards Prepare for and facilitate sprint planning and retrospectives Communicate with stakeholders on progress and issues Encourage continuous improvement and team ownership Send daily and weekly status reports Qualifications: 7+ yrs if proven experience in Scrum master role Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, and other project management tools. Strong analytical and problem solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to work in a fast paced, collaborative environment.
