- Proven experience as a Scrum Master in an Agile software development environment.
- Strong understanding of Scrum framework, Agile methodologies (Kanban, SAFe, etc.), and software development lifecycle.
- Experience working with distributed/offshore teams and managing cross-geographical collaboration.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and facilitation skills.
- Ability to identify and resolve impediments proactively.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification preferred.
- Experience with Agile project management tools like Jira, Confluence, Rally, or Azure DevOps.
- Knowledge of software development and delivery processes.
