Overview
We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to join our team. The ideal candidate will support our Workforce Strategy, Process Excellence initiatives, and contribute to the Future of Work and Talent Experience. This role requires a deep understanding of Agile methodologies, a flexible approach, and the ability to coach and support team members effectively.

- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews.
- Support Workforce Strategy and Process Excellence initiatives by implementing Agile practices that enhance team performance and efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Coach and mentor team members on Agile principles and practices, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Assist in the development and implementation of talent strategies that enhance the overall talent experience.
- Utilize Azure DevOps to manage project workflows, track progress, and report on key performance indicators.
- Understand and articulate the context of projects, ensuring that team members are aligned with organizational goals.
- Stay updated on industry trends, particularly in AI and people technology, to drive innovative solutions within the team.
- 8+ years of experience or above in a Scrum Master or Agile coaching role.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and frameworks, particularly Scrum.
- Experience with Azure DevOps or similar project management tools.
- Knowledge of talent management practices and how HR operates within an organization.
- Familiarity with AI concepts and their application in workforce strategies.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and effectively.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and team dynamics.
- Proven ability to coach and support team members in their professional development.
- Relevant Agile certifications (e.g., Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), SAFe Scrum Master).
- Experience in process improvement and change management initiatives.
- Understanding of people technology components and their impact on organizational effectiveness.
- Flexibility with shift timings to accommodate project needs.
