JD:
- Facilitating Scrum ceremonies: This includes daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Removing impediments: Identifying and resolving obstacles that hinder the team's progress.
- Protecting the team: Shielding the team from external distractions and interruptions.
- Monitoring and reporting: Tracking progress, managing risks, and reporting on project status.
- Ensuring product quality: Working with the Product Owner to refine the product backlog and prioritize tasks.
- Promoting self-organization and empowerment: Helping the team become self-organizing and accountable.
Key skills and qualifications for a Scrum Master include:
- Deep understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies .
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills .
