Job Description

At Five 9s Solutions, we are looking for a Scrum Master, the ideal candidate should have the following essential skills; project management, problem solving and good communication skills. The day to day tasks of a scrum master will include implementing and creating product vision, managing scrum meetings, monitoring project progress and coaching and managing product teams.

Primary Responsibilities

• Lead scrum adoption
• Plan scrum implementation
• Implement required project changes
• Have the ability to increase team productivity
• Work closely with the Agile team
• Monitor and lead projects
• Meet business and project requirements
• Product planning
• Facilitate Scrum events
• Assist the development team in creating high-value products
• Understand the scope of work and meet targets
• Comply with the Scrum framework
• Integrate scrum practices and principles

This Role will be reporting to the Delivery Manager

Essential

Person Specification Relevant Skills and Experience:

• 1-5 years of experience in similar role 2. Good Interpersonal Skills
• Leadership skills
• Good verbal and communication skills 5. Organizational skills
• Time management skills
• Project management skills
• Experience with Scrum Tools and Techniques 9. Ability to meet targets
• Handling multiple projects at one time
• Well versed in Jira project Management
• Trello
• Good background knowledge of Scrum tools

• Facilitation Techniques
• Technical skills
• Analytical skills
• Sprint Planning experience
• Managing AGILE team experience 6. Good knowledge of Microsoft tools
  
  

Relevant Qualifications: Essential

• An undergraduate degree or higher in relevant subject
• Good knowledge of Agile, Scrum and Lean principles 3. Scrum Master certifications
