About the job:

Key Responsibilities:

1. Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
2. Assist the product owner with maintaining a well-groomed backlog
3. Remove impediments and shield the team from external interruptions
4. Ensure the team follows Agile principles and Scrum framework
5. Track and report sprint progress using tools like Jira or Trello
6. Foster a collaborative environment and promote team accountability
7. Help in continuous process improvement and Agile adoption across the team
8. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and timely delivery

Other Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field

2. 0-1 years of experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar Agile project management role

3. Solid understanding of Agile methodologies, especially Scrum and Kanban

4. Familiarity with project tracking tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Trello

5. Strong interpersonal, facilitation, and communication skills

6. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

7. Basic technical understanding of software development processes
