Key Responsibilities
Scrum Master Responsibilities
- Lead and facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint review, and retrospective meetings.
- Remove impediments and obstacles that hinder the progress of the development team.
- Foster collaboration and communication within and across teams to achieve project goals.
- Ensure transparency and visibility by maintaining accurate Scrum artifacts, such as the product backlog, sprint backlog, and burndown charts.
- Continuously assess and improve the team's Agile maturity and processes.
End-to-End (E2E) Handling Integration
- Identify opportunities to incorporate End-to-End (E2E) handling methodologies into our development processes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand E2E requirements and design appropriate strategies to address them.
- Implement E2E handling practices to streamline the entire development lifecycle, from ideation to delivery.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, development, testing, and operations, to ensure seamless integration of E2E handling.
- Monitor and measure the effectiveness of E2E handling initiatives and make adjustments as necessary to optimize outcome
Preferred Qualifications
- Certified SAFe Scrum Master
- Certified PSM or CSM
