We are looking for a seasoned Scrum Master to lead Agile teams and drive efficient delivery of high-quality software increments. You will work closely with both technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Train and guide the pod to complete high-quality increments meeting the definition of done
• Remove impediments to enable the pod to deliver more effectively over time
• Motivate the pod on Agile mindset and embed Agile practices such as daily standups, sprint planning, review sessions, backlog grooming, retrospectives, and reporting
• Manage dependencies and handle complexity effectively with a delivery mindset
• Track and maintain data hygiene and metrics to monitor improvement over time
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and ensure adherence to Agile processes
• Communicate effectively with technical/development teams and business stakeholders

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in Agile and Scrum environments
• Experience as a Scrum Master using tools such as GitLab, Jira, and Confluence
• Strong analysis skills and technical understanding
• Ability to manage dependencies and handle complexity effectively
• Passion for data hygiene and metrics tracking
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate effectively with technical/development teams as well as business stakeholders
• English proficiency at a B2 level or higher
