Project Role :Scrum Master
Project Role Description : Acts as an enabler for the effective functioning of a software development team using Agile methodologies. Coaches and mentors the Scrum Team(s), removing barriers to successful implementation and enabling a continued focus on the task at hand. Facilitates scrum and agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Identifies and reports progress via appropriate metrics.

Summary: As a Scrum Master, you will play a pivotal role in facilitating the effective functioning of a software development team by utilizing Agile methodologies. Your typical day will involve coaching and mentoring team members, ensuring that they remain focused on their tasks, and removing any obstacles that may hinder their progress. You will also facilitate various scrum and agile ceremonies, such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives, while tracking and reporting progress through appropriate metrics. Your efforts will contribute to fostering a collaborative and productive environment that encourages continuous improvement and innovation. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among team members to enhance productivity. - Assist in the identification and removal of impediments that may affect the team's progress. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Scrum. - Experience with Agile methodologies and frameworks. - Strong understanding of team dynamics and conflict resolution. - Ability to coach and mentor team members effectively. - Familiarity with project management tools and software. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Scrum. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required., 15 years full time education
