About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master with strong expertise in Agile methodologies to guide, coach, and support our teams in delivering high-quality products. The ideal candidate will drive the adoption of agile principles, foster collaboration, and ensure consistent application of best practices across projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and other agile ceremonies.
• Act as a servant leader and coach for multiple agile teams, enabling continuous improvement.
• Remove impediments and foster a collaborative environment for problem-solving.
• Ensure best practices in Agile methodology are followed and mentor teams on advanced agile practices.
• Support product owners in maintaining well-defined backlogs aligned with business priorities.
• Track, monitor, and report on delivery progress, team performance, and sprint outcomes.
• Encourage self-organization, accountability, and ownership within the team.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure transparency and alignment.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification (mandatory).
• Minimum 4 years of experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar agile project management role.
• Strong expertise in Agile methodology, Scrum, and Kanban frameworks.
• Excellent facilitation, conflict resolution, and communication skills.
• Hands-on experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Trello, or Azure DevOps.
• Ability to coach teams and stakeholders on advanced agile practices.

Nice to Have

• Experience in Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) or other scaling frameworks.
• Background in software development, QA, or business analysis.
• Exposure to DevOps practices and continuous delivery pipelines.
