Job Title: Scrum Master / Agile Coach (Fresher)

Reports To: Senior Agile Coach / Project Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Scrum Master / Agile Coach (Entry-Level) to join our growing team. As a fresher, you will support agile teams in delivering high-quality products by facilitating Scrum ceremonies, promoting Agile principles, and learning to identify and remove team impediments. You will be mentored by senior Scrum Masters and Agile Coaches to gradually take on more responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in facilitating daily Scrum, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Work with the product owner to ensure the product backlog is well-groomed and prioritized.
• Learn to identify and remove impediments that affect the team’s progress.
• Support the Agile team in adopting Agile best practices and values.
• Maintain and update Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello).
• Help track team performance metrics (e.g., velocity, burn-down charts).
• Actively participate in Agile community activities within the organization.
• Continuously seek learning opportunities related to Agile and Scrum frameworks.

Required Skills

• Basic understanding of Agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and team collaboration skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving ability.
• Eagerness to learn and grow within an Agile environment.
• Familiarity with project management tools (Jira, Confluence, etc.) is a plus.

Educational Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Certification in Scrum (e.g., Certified Scrum Master – CSM, PSM I) is a plus but not mandatory.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
