Job Details

• Job Title - Scrum master (Agile Coach)
  

• Duration & Type of Employment - Full Time Permanent , 2.5+yrs Experience req.

Requirements

• Using agile methodology values, principles, and practices to plan, manage, and deliver solutions.
  

• Training, mentoring, and supporting scrum teams to follow agile values, principles, and practices.
  

• Determining and managing tasks, issues, risks, and action items.
  

• Scheduling and facilitating scrum events, meetings, and decision-making processes.
  

• Monitoring progress and performance and helping teams to make improvements.
  

• Planning and organizing demos and product/system testing.
  

• Tracking project processes, deliverables, and financials.
  

• Preparing and presenting status reports to stakeholders.
  

• Compliance Support – Ensuring agile practices align with organizational standards and regulatory requirements.
  

• Cross-Team Coordination – Collaborating with other Scrum Masters and teams to manage dependencies and align deliverables.
  

• Backlog Support – Assisting Product Owners in backlog grooming, prioritization, and user story clarity.
  

• Capacity Planning – Supporting teams in understanding capacity and planning sprints effectively.
  

  
  
  

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a relevant field preferred.
  

• Certified scrum master.
  

• Strong communication and presentation skills are preferred (USA market).
  

• 2.5+ years of experience as a scrum master or in a similar senior role (Good to have).
  

• Working knowledge of agile methodology, techniques, and frameworks, such as Scrum, to deliver solutions (MUST).
  

• Certified Agile Coach, PO (Added advantage)
  

• Experience in delivering solutions using the JIRA project management tool (MUST).
  

• Leadership and management experience (Good to have).
  

• Excellent people and project management skills.
